Carol Ann Campbell was born on 4-26-43 to Felix and Angeline Iarrusi in Ravenna, Ohio. Carol was very active in high school life as a cheerleader and involved in many clubs and activities. After graduating high school, she enrolled in Airline School to be a stewardess in Kansas City but decided that career was not right for her because she feared flying and drove to California to start a new life there. In California, Carol can best be described as a Renaissance person being involved in many different and varied careers, always bringing her good nature, humor, and work ethic to each job. Carol worked in the meat packing industry, as a nurse's assistant, a driver for the studios, owned a house painting business, and as an Aerobics Instructor. Later Carol worked for the Broadway in accounting and when the Broadway closed transferred to Macys as a watch representative and worked simultaneously in property management for 22 years. Carol retired from work life in 2019. Carol peacefully passed away in her sleep on August 21, 2022 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Carol always tried to bring her charming, open, and generous side to each situation, forming many friends and lasting acquaintanceships. A gift from Carol was always thought out and perfectly wrapped and had a little bit of her in it. She is predeceased by her son Dana Nova and her sister Donna Slates. God rest your soul, Carol. You will be missed.
