Cesar was born in Manila, Philippines and was baptized at an early age. He moved to California in 1998 and worked at his sister's Oriental store "Fil-Express" eventually worked as a Caregiver of the elderly at a Private Agency in the San Fernando Valley.
He came down with multiple medical issues and could not recover from his long battle of cancer and ultimately succumb from multiple organ failure at the ICU in Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Santa Clarita, California.
He leaves to mourn him: His children: Joseph Alwyn, Winalyn and Wilfredo Castillo and one grandson, Xavier.
His Mother: Concepcion D. Castillo
His Sister's: Brigette C. Valeriano, Ma. Cristina D. Castillo and Sheila C. Tamaca
Until we meet again in Heaven. You are now in the presence of the Lord and meet with our Father, Vicente Castillo, Auntie, Simeona Delmonte and his first grandson, Raizen.
