Gloria Sapinoso

Gloria B. Sapinoso, 84, of Pacoima, CA, died of natural cause at Country Villa Sheraton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on March 8, 2021. She was born on May 12, 1936 in Albay, Bicol, Philippines, to Ana Bigueras and Nicolas Banico. She is survived by her daughter Virginia and son-in-law Scott Yates of Arlington, VA; son Froilan and Anna Espinosa of Binan City, Laguna, Phils; son Enrique Jr and Arsenia Espinosa of Wales, UK; son Gaspar and Anne Marie Sapinoso of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren: Michelle (Raymond) Amido of Bay, Laguna, Phils; Mitchel Amber Pagcaliwagan of Batangas City, Phils; Robert and Yushen Shimada of Toyama, Japan; Mark Anthony (Alyana) Espinosa, Mark (Caroline) Espinosa, Michelle (Emiliano) Tasic, Froilan Jr (Mary Ann) Espinosa of Binan City, Phils; Johnricky and Crispian Espinosa of Wales, UK; Gerald Sapinoso of Carmona Cavite, Phils; Annary, Arianne, Arielle, Ryan, and Gary Sapinoso of Virginia Beach, VA; great-grandchildren: Yuan and Yuie Amido; Zai, Zef (by Rizalyn), Sakura and Saekee (by Aby) Pagcaliwagan; Kiel, Thea, Eros, Inigo, Calix, Froilan III, and Caiden Espinosa; Angel and Princess Tasic; and brother Jeremias (Phils).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sixto Ilano Sapinoso; daughter, Teresita Espinosa Shimada; grandson, Michael Andrew E. Pagcaliwagan; daughter-in-law Elena Samudio Sapinoso; siblings Caridad, Estela B. Sigue, Jaime, Diomedes, and Carmen B. Endrinal.
