Greg Usi

Greg Flores Usi was born in Pampanga, Philippines on February 17, 1952 to Lourdes and Gregorio Usi. He was the eldest son and the second of ten children.

He received his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of The East, Manila in 1975. In 1978, Greg immigrated to the U.S. and settled in Los Angeles, California. Greg worked in the automotive industry for almost all of his professional life. He started his career with Chief Auto Parts, eventually becoming one of the most successful and celebrated managers in Southern California for Chief Auto Parts until he decided to leave and open his own business. In 1990, Greg started Easy Auto Parts, which has since become a fixture in the community of Sun Valley for over 30 years.

Greg was a man who easily made friends. He was a very social person who loved a good party or get-together. He was a man who also gave back to his community, especially to his homeland. He is a proud member and former President of MASCA, the Macabebe Association of Southern California, an organization that serves to help the people of Pampanga. Greg was also an investor into several small businesses in the Philippines that helped serve their respective communities.
Greg was a proud Filipino.

On December 13, 2022, Greg, loving husband, father, and brother, passed away peacefully in the city of Mission Hills, CA. He is survived by his wife Riezle of 9 years, their son Greg III, his adult children, Cristina, Celeste, and Christopher, and his siblings Susana, Elvira, Dionicio, Felipa, Cecilia, Racquel, and Felix.
