Humberto was born November 18th, 1942 in El Puerto, Sonora Mexico to Louise Vasquez and Jose Lopez. He migrated at the age of 2 through Nogales Az. He then moved with his family and lived in Pacoima CA. Humberto was born with a handicap, but never let it slow him down. One of his childhood friends was Richie Valens, they attended school together. He was a friendly fellow who loved to make friends and share music and food. Every year he looked forward to going to the Playboy jazz festival. He attended every year for at least 4 decades. He loved to go around town making friends with everyone including the local deli man. He made his career at San Fernando Legal Services as a NLSLA paralegal who worked tirelessly on behalf of his clients for more than 35 years, ensuring they received all public benefits to which they were entitled. He loved to be kept in touch with his family and friends on current events. One of his past times was watching college football. He was a fun loving guy who everyone loved to be around. He was a great man who will be missed.
