If you knew John Michael, then you know he was one of a kind and a beautiful soul. John Michael was an inspiration to all of us with his big heart and being confident marching to his own drum. He made everyone he came in contact with laugh and feel good about themselves and he impacted everyone’s lives in the most positive way. On Monday, January 11, Michael lost his battle with the hardships life had given him after his time in the United States Marine Corps. Please pay tribute to John Michael and the wonderful person he was. We will love and miss you forever, and may you always live on in the beautiful and endless memories you left us with.
John Michael is survived by his mother, Kim Acoya, sister Melissa Paxton, nephews Dalton, Dakota, & Tearle, his sister Johnnie Beaty and nephew Caden. He also leaves behind his Uncle Randy and Aunt Cynthia who reside in Colorado, Aunts Amy and Carol, Uncle Felix and numerous cousins and extended family members of the Hopi tribe in Arizona. He is loved by so many, too many to mention including Alison Smith who has been by his side constantly, his USMC comrades located throughout the United States and his friends at the VA Domicilary in Los Angeles.
John Michael also leaves behind his beloved Dalmatian, Diamond Breaker aka Breaker. He loved his puppy to Infinity & Beyond.
