Richard McDonald

Richard James Mc Donald was born in Framingham Massachusetts on August 22, 1926 and was raised in Mills, Massachusetts. Richard joined the U.S. Navy at age 17 and proudly served in World Word II and was honorably discharged as a seaman 1st class. Richard lived in Arleta and Sherman Oaks, California for the remainder of his fruitful life. Richard was also a member of the American Legion for 68 years and a member of the Elks Lodge for 60 years. Richard passed away at the Sepulveda VA on June 4, 2016 at the age of 89.
Richard is survived by his wife Althea McDonald, his son Larry McDonald, his daughter Teresa Schaunberg, 2 stepsons Tom and Chad Manis, 4 Grandchildren Marla McDonald, Meshan Kephart, Joseph McDonald, Ryan Messervan, step grandson Joshua Manis. 10 Great-Grand Children and many more wonderful family and friends.
